Welcome to Teviq. By accessing our website and using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Use License

Upon purchasing a subscription from the Teviq App Store, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific software tools accessed through your Workspace. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer the software.
• Share your workspace credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Our applications are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section in your Workspace or via the receipt email provided by our payment processor (Gumroad).

3. Disclaimer

The materials and tools on Teviq are provided on an 'as is' basis. Teviq makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Teviq or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the applications on Teviq's website.
